What is a problem facing Education?
7 Out of 10 Children in the Central African Republic have not returned to school since violence broke out in December 2012 due to the Seleka Rebels, the countries main government.
What is the cause?
The Seleka Rebels have taken the blame for the violent attacks on many of the towns in Central African Republic. The violence was so bad that the schools were not safe for children and since then, schools have become a better place, however 70% of the children do not attend do to the violence of the country.
What can be done?
Children need an education. Only 56% of The Central African Republic can read or write. Compared to other countries, CAR falls very short and falls far behind. Children need to feel that they feel safe enough to attend school. If they can feel like the violence is minimal, school will be a better place for them to attend.

The Central African Republic is one of the poorest countries in the world and one of the most neglected.
What is the problem:
Roughly 90% of the population live in crippling poverty
What is the cause of it?
This includes the people of the country without access to food, sanitation and decent housing. In rural areas, clean water is often not available, which abets the spread of numerous diseases
What can be done?
I believe that the people of the country need to be taught how to live healthy. As they come to understand how to take better care of their bodies, i know that the poverty will start to decrease. If someone were to come in and teach them then, i believe the things that they learn would stick.
